Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to show you verified savings stacks for selected stores and products, and nothing we don't. This policy explains what that is — and, just as importantly, what we deliberately never collect.

What we collect

• Account — if you sign up, your email and a user id, via our authentication provider. We never see or store your password.
• Your Deal OS profile — the cards, memberships, loyalty programs and verified eligibilities you choose to add. We store a card's reward profile (e.g. “5% at Target”), never your card number; and a yes/no for eligibility (student, military, teacher), never your documents.
• Saved products, alerts and savings history — so your dashboard works.
• Usage analytics — privacy-respecting product analytics to understand what's useful and fix what isn't.

What we never collect

• Your browsing history. (If an optional browser extension is offered in the future, it would only ever send the current store's domain — never the pages you visit — and would carry its own privacy terms.)
• Card numbers, passwords, government IDs, or documents.
• Keystrokes, form contents, or data from sites we don't support.

How we use it

To personalize the savings stack to what you actually carry, run your alerts, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for advertising.

Your controls

• Export everything we hold for you, and delete your Deal OS profile, from your dashboard.
• If you connect an optional browser extension in the future, you can disconnect or uninstall it to wipe its local data.
• Manage notification preferences in your dashboard.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and a minimal set for analytics. We default to the most privacy-preserving option and don't use cross-site advertising trackers.
