What the service is

Savings Stacks is an informational shopping-intelligence tool. We compile and explain verified savings stacks for selected stores and products by comparing coupons, cashback, card rewards, eligibility discounts, gift cards and price signals from the sources we track. We are not a retailer, a bank, or a licensed financial advisor, and nothing here is personalized financial advice.

No guarantee of price or availability

Prices, stock, coupons and policies change constantly and are set by the retailers — not by us. We verify aggressively and label what we've confirmed, but you should always check the final price and terms at the retailer before you buy. We aren't liable for a deal that changed, sold out, or didn't apply at checkout.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (see below).

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, overload, or attempt to break the service or its APIs.
• Don't submit fake coupons, spam, or manipulate verification or rankings.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Savings Stacks name, content, and the Savings Intelligence Engine are ours. You may use the service for your own shopping; you may not resell or redistribute our data or output.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any purchase you make at a retailer.

We may update these terms; we'll change the “last updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
